About Us

What is the WCR?

The Women's Council of REALTORS® is a support system for professionals in Real Estate, within the National Association of REALTORS®.

Objectives of the WCR

The objectives of the council shall be to:

  • Design educational programs and seminars to assist members to attain greater financial security; thus encouraging members to make a total commitment to a productive career in Real Estate.
  • Develop and expand capabilities of members to assume leadership roles.
  • Build a support system nationally through development of active local and state chapters.
  • Encourage active participation and involvement in local boards, state associations and the National Association of REALTORS®.
  • Promote the highest degree of professionalism through knowledge and understanding of and adhering to the code of ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Women's Council of REALTORS® Mission Statement:

We are a network of successful REALTORS® empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

Our Vision: Through our influence as successful business professionals, women will effect change in the profession and in the broader community.

A portion of our proceeds supports the communities we serve, and develops leadership and educational opportunities for our members.
